BOCA RATON, FL : All 3 killed in wrong-way crash were impaired on an Interstate 95 on Monday, 4th February 2019
A medical examiner's report says all three people killed in a wrong-way crash on an Interstate 95 exit ramp were under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
The Palm Beach Post reports 35-year-old Christopher Alfeo was five days away from having his license suspended for failing to pay a traffic violation when the Dec. 15 crash occurred.
The Palm Beach County Medical Examiner's Office reports that Alfeo tested nearly 3 ½ times the legal limit for alcohol. Hiss 24-year-old girlfriend Amber Chelsea Reif was also impaired by alcohol. The report says Brenda Walker, whose car was struck head-on, was under the influence of marijuana.
