Memphis, TN : Two people injured in head-on collision on Highway 78 in Dyer County on Thursday morning, February 11, 2016

A woman was airlifted to a Memphis hospital Thursday morning after a head-on collision on Highway 78.

The drivers in the crash were a brother and sister, according to Dyer County Sheriff Jeff Box.

One of the drivers, Jeanette Snider, 60, of Ridgely, was airlifted to Regional One in Memphis after the crash, according to the Tennessee Highway Patrol.

The driver of the other vehicle, Jerry Blair, 67, also of Ridgely, was transported to Dyersburg Hospital.

There is no word on either of their conditions at this time.
