Westmoreland, NY : 72-year-old woman dies after ATV crash on Wednesday, 23rd September, 2020

A woman in her 70s was killed Wednesday evening in an ATV crash in Oneida County.

The accident was reported around 6:30 p.m. on Skinner Road, a road partially lined by woods in Westmoreland.

Firefighters and the Oneida County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash and found the body of Jo Ann Comstock, 72, deputies said in a news release. Responders had to use ATVs to get through the “rough terrain” where the woman was found, deputies said.
