MAYES COUNTY, OK : 37-year-old dead after Mayes County semi crash on Sunday, 29th October 2023

A 37-year-old man is dead following a semi crash on I-44 Sunday afternoon, according to the Oklahoma Highway Patrol (OHP).

OHP said it happened around 3:15 p.m. on I-44, about four miles south and eight miles west of Adair.

OHP said the crash involved a 2024 Freightliner Semi and a 2017 Jaguar.

OHP is still investigating what happened and what caused the crash.
