Staten Island, N.Y : Several injuries, car overturns in Stapleton crash on Thursday, March 30, 2017

FDNY emergency units responded to a multi-car crash in Stapleton on Thursday.

The call came in at 12:16 p.m. reporting a crash involving multiple vehicles at the intersection of Laurel Avenue and Targee Street.

One of the vehicles was turned on its side as a result.

Two patients were transported to Staten Island University Hospital in Ocean Breeze to be treated for minor injuries and two others refused medical attention, according to an FDNY spokesman.

No severe injuries have been reported.
