BUENA VISTA, VA : Buena Vista schools mourn student killed in crash on Thursday, 30th May 2024

Buena Vista City Public Schools is mourning the loss of one of its students who was hit and killed while riding his bicycle on May 29.

According to the Buena Vista police around 6:30 p.m., a 16-year-old boy was hit by a vehicle in the 100 block of E Stuart while riding his bike. He was rushed to the hospital where he later died.
