Salem, NH :Bedford Man Dies in Fatal Salem Motorcycle Crash on Monday, July 13th 2015
A Bedford man involved in a serious motorcycle on I-93 North in Salem on July 13, 2015, has succumbed to his injuries, according to the New Hampshire State Police.
Troopers along with Salem Fire and Rescue teams, NH DOT, and Salem Police were called to the accident scene near Mile Marker 1.2 near Exit 1 at just before 4 p.m.It was determined that the injuries to one of the operators appeared to be life threatening, according to state police. The State Police Collision Analysis & Reconstruction Unit was called to the scene and determined that a 1999 Suzuki VZ800x motorcycle, operated by Robert Aguiar Doyle, 20, of Bedford, was traveling northbound on I-93. As the vehicle approached slowed traffic, “it failed to slow in time and struck a 2008 Ford Taurus. The Ford was operated by a 46-year-old man from Raymond.Doyle was transported to Lawrence General Hospital in Lawrence, MA, by Salem Fire and EMS where he died from his injuries, according to state police.“Initial investigation revealed that speed for the conditions existing may be a factor in this crash however all aspects of the crash still remains under investigation,” according to the report.
