Memphis, TN : MATA bus crashes into tree at Poplar Avenue and Exeter Road on Tuesday afternoon, April 5, 2016

A MATA bus crashed into a tree Tuesday afternoon.

The bus ran off the road at Poplar Avenue and Exeter Road and into a tree.

Germantown officials said the driver was the only one on the bus at the time.

The driver was taken to the hospital in non-critical condition.

The cause of the crash has not been determined.
