Rochester, MN : Lanesboro man hurt in a crash on U.S. Highway 14 east of St. Charles on Saturday, April 8, 2017

An area man was injured Saturday when the vehicle he was driving ran off the road and overturned, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

Zachary William Voeltz, 20, of Lanesboro, was westbound on U.S. Highway 14 east of St. Charles when the crash occurred about 11:45 a.m. Saturday.

The jeep he was driving left the road, entered the north ditch and rolled, the report says. Voeltz had his seat belt fastened, but was taken to a Rochester hospital for treatment of injuries that were described as non-life threatening. No condition report was available for Voeltz.
