Havre ,MT :28-year-old Havre man killed and three others injured after he lost control and crashed on Thursday afternoon ,September 10th 2015

A 28-year-old Havre man has died and three people, including two small children, were injured in a rollover crash in north-central Montana.

Officials say the man was northbound on secondary Route 232 near Havre on Thursday afternoon when he lost control of his sport utility vehicle. He overcorrected and veered into a ditch, where the SUV rolled several times.

Hill County Sheriff Don Brostrom says Craig Lawrence died at the scene of the crash. A 26-year-old woman and two 1-year-old girls inside the vehicle were transported to a hospital with injuries. Their conditions were not immediately known.

The occupants in the vehicle had all been wearing seat belts.

The cause of the crash is under investigation.
