Clarksville, TN : 19-year-old in critical condition after being hit by car near Walker Circle on Saturday night, Aug 22, 2015

A 19-year-old is in critical condition after being hit by a car in Clarksville over the weekend.

Police said John Herdman was trying to cross Dover Road near Walker Circle on Saturday night when he was struck.

Herdman remains at Skyline Medical Center.

The driver, 27-year-old Eugene Neely Jr., has not been charged. Neely was not injured in the wreck.
