An Ohio man was hurt in a single-vehicle accident at 10:26 a.m. Wednesday on Metz Road in Richland Township.

State police in Clarion said Russell Eastman, 40, of Canfield, Ohio, was driving a 2006 International Harvester S Series south on Metz Road at a high rate of speed.
