Denver, CO : 42-year-old man killed in a hit-and-run crash in an alley early Saturday, Oct 10, 2015

Investigators have released the name of a pedestrian who was killed in a hit-and-run crash in a Denver alley over the weekend.

The Denver coroner's office said Monday that 42-year-old Michael Alvarado died of blunt-force injuries when he was hit in the River North neighborhood just after midnight Saturday. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

The Denver Post reports police have not released any information about a possible suspect.
