North Platte,NE : One woman hospitalized after wreck on March, Saturday 24th 2018

A woman was taken to the hospital Saturday after her car was run over by a semitrailer truck on Interstate 80.

Nebraska State Patrol troopers said it appeared the woman had drifted to the right, overcorrected and driven her silver Pontiac across the median into oncoming traffic. The back wheels of a passing semi rolled over the car.

Patrol officials said extrication equipment was needed to get the woman out of the vehicle. She was transported to Great Plains Health. Her condition was unknown Monday.
