BAXTER COUNTY, AR : Woman killed after vehicle struck tree on Wednesday, 31st August 2016

An Arkansas woman died following a crash in Baxter County.

Bertie Miller, 73, of Oakland was killed in the crash, according to an Arkansas State Police crash report.

The report states Miller was driving west on Arkansas Highway 202 east around 5:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Miller's vehicle failed to negotiate a curve, left the road and struck a tree, ASP states.

ASP released details about the crash early Friday morning.
