ROSALIA, WA : 13-year-old dead, 1 person injured following crash on US 195 near Rosalia on Saturday, 16th November 2024

A 13-year-old is dead after a fatal crash three miles north of Rosalia Saturday morning.

According to WSP, the incident began when a semi-truck and its trailer lost control on the icy road. The semi-truck jackknifed across the northbound lanes, leading to a chain reaction.

One car, traveling northbound in the left lane, collided with the semi-truck. This car was then pushed into the right lane, hitting two other cars. Meanwhile, the trailer of the semi-truck struck another parked semi-truck, pushing it into a rock wall.
