Hartford, CT : Motorcycle rider dead after crash in Hartford on Tuesday, 3rd September 2019

A motorcycle rider was found dead after a crash Tuesday night on West Service Road in Hartford.
The rider, who has not been identified, apparently hit a guard rail near Weston Street and West Service Road and was “launched” from the motorcycle, Hatford police Lt. Paul Cicero said.
A passerby found the mangled motorcycle in the road around 8 p.m. and alerted officers, who responded and found the rider dead at the scene near Whitey’s Towing.
The cause of the crash was not immediately clear.
