Middlebrook, TN : 34 year-old man is dead after a truck crashed into a tree on Monday morning September 29th 2014

A Knoxville man is dead after a truck crashed into a tree on Middlebrook Pike Monday morning. Officials say Johsua Hayes, 34, was driving a Nissan pickup truck. He drifted off the right side of the road then over-corrected into the median and hit a tree. It happened at 7:13 a.m. on Middlebrook Pike near Dowell Springs Boulevard. Hayes was not wearing a seat belt and died instantly. The accident is currently under investigation. Source : Victim identified in fatal crash on Middlebrook Pike
