Kalispell ,MT : 51-year-old Columbia Falls man killed in Motorcycle Crash along US Highway 2 near Hungry Horse on Friday night ,April 10th 2015

A 51-year-old Columbia Falls man died in a weekend motorcycle crash near Hungry Horse.

The Montana Highway Patrol says the man was speeding westbound on U.S. Highway 2 Friday night when he failed to negotiate a left-hand turn. He lost control of his Harley-Davidson bike, crashed on the north side of the road and died at the scene.

The Flathead County sheriff's office tells the Flathead Beacon the victim's name is Craig Donald Becke.

The patrol says he was not wearing a helmet.
