SACRAMENTO, CA : 2 dead, 1 hurt after allegedly stolen car crashes following Sacramento County chase on Saturday, 14th October 2023

Two people were killed and another was seriously hurt after an allegedly stolen Tesla crashed into a minivan during a law enforcement chase in Sacramento County Saturday afternoon, according to officials.

A spokesperson for the Sacramento County Sheriff's Office said the reported stolen Tesla was being followed by Sacramento Police Department officials, but they lost track of it. Deputies with the sheriff's office then found the Tesla in the Rancho Cordova area on Armstrong Avenue and Von Karman Street.
