Louisville, KY : Seven students and bus driver injured after hit by a truck at the intersection of Polar Level Road and Naomi Drive on Monday afternoon, March 30, 2015

A late afternoon bus crash resulted in minor injuries to the driver and seven students.
Officials say bus number 0519 was hit by a truck at the intersection of Polar Level Road and Naomi Drive.

MetroSafe did not know the status of the roads and could not say if the intersection was open.

The bus had about 20 students on board from Indian Trail Elementary School. According to JCPS, seven students and the bus driver were taken to the hospital.

A new bus will take the kids home.
