HOWARD COUNTY, MD : Baltimore County man struck and killed while crossing road in Howard County on Wednesday, 9th August 2023

Police say a pedestrian was struck and killed in Laurel on Wednesday night.

At approximately 10:40 p.m., a 2014 Mercedes-Benz E350 was traveling south on Washington Boulevard approaching Wilbert Lane when it struck a pedestrian crossing the road.

The pedestrian, 44-year-old James Douglas Williams Jr. of Rosedale, was pronounced dead at the scene.
