Penobscot County, ME : Farmington man seriously injured in ATV crash in Penobscot County on Sunday, 15th July 2018

A Farmington man was seriously injured Sunday evening in an all terrain vehicle crash in Penobscot County.

Lt. Kevin Adam of the Maine Warden Service said Danny Adams, 53, of Farmington, was driving north on his ATV along the Rail Bed Trail, in Lagrange, when the vehicle left the trail and struck some small trees.

The accident happened at approximately 7:15 p.m. on the trail in Penobscot County in between Milo and Howland, Adam said Monday morning. He said Adams appeared to be seriously injured and a LifeFlight of Maine helicopter was used to take him to Eastern Maine Medical Center in Bangor.
