Folsom, N.J : Pedestrian struck, killed while walking along US Route 322 in Atlantic County on Sunday, February 19, 2017

State police say a pedestrian was struck and killed in Atlantic County.

New Jersey State police responded to the emergency call around 9:30 p.m. on Sunday. Officials say the victim was struck and killed while walking along U.S. Route 322 in Folsom.

Authorities say the driver of the car stopped at the scene.

Police have not identified the victim. The investigation is ongoing.
