Wadena,MN : Two-vehicle crash leads to life threatening injuries on April, Tuesday 24th 2018

On Tuesday, April 24, on Highway 71 south of 308th Street in Red Eye Township, a Dodge Avenger driven by Larry Libra of Menahga was driving north when it crossed the centerline, hitting the front of the southbound Kenworth driven by Danny Dik of Merrifield. Libra was airlifted to Sanford Medical in Fargo with life threatening injuries. He was not wearing his seat belt at the time of the crash. Dik was uninjured.
The Wadena County Sheriff's Office, Sebeka Police Department, Menahga Police Department and the Sebeka Fire Department assisted with the crash.
