BURLESON COUNTY, TX : Fatal crash causes lane closures on FM 50 near Snook on Tuesday, 29th August 2023

Texas DPS has confirmed one person died in a vehicle crash along FM 50 Tuesday morning.

This happened south of FM 60 in Burleson County.

DPS said the preliminary investigation shows a 2018 Freightliner 18-wheeler driven by Justin Davis, 35, of California, was traveling southbound on FM 50, failed to yield the right of way, and struck a 2016 Honda traveling eastbound on FM 60.

The driver of the Honda, Jessica Ramos, 24, of Bryan was pronounced dead at the scene.
