2 dead after Bell County crash on August, Saturday 5th 2017

Two people died in a car crash in Bell County Saturday night.

Kentucky State Police say Johnny Fields, 46, was driving a 2006 Chevy Cobalt at Varilla curve on U.S. 119.

Fields crossed the center line and hit a 2016 Hyundai Accent, according to the report.

Fields and the other driver, Howard W. Enix Jr were pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say the drivers were not wearing seatbelts.
