An Ontario County man died night in a one-car accident on Gauss Road.
State police said the crash occurred about 9:30 p.m. when a vehicle driven by Patrick McNamara, 23, of Bloomfield, went off the road and into a ditch. The vehicle flipped end over end, police said.
McNamara — troopers said he was not wearing a seat belt — was ejected from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene by an Ontario County coroner.
The investigation is continuing.
