KNOXVILLE, TN : ‘Serious’ crash closed lanes on I-75 in Knoxville on Sunday, 6th August 2023

A driver suffered life-threatening injuries after a crash Sunday on I-75 in Knoxville, according to Knoxville Police Department spokesperson Scott Erland. The passenger was also injured in the crash.

Erland said officers responded to a “serious” crash on I-75 North, south of Emory Road around 8:20 a.m.
