Carroll County deputy in shock trauma after collision - Baltimore Sun

Baltimore Sun - The Carroll County Sheriff's Office said a deputy was taken to the University of Maryland Shock Trauma on Tuesday after his patrol car collided with another vehicle on Route 140 west of Westminster.
