Miami Township, OH : 20-year-old woman killed in Hamilton County crash on Tuesday, May 10, 2016

A 20-year-old woman injured in a Miami Township crash Tuesday died Wednesday, according to the Hamilton County Coroner's Office.

Cassidy R. Davis of North Bend lost control of her 1996 Dodge Dakota and drove off the right side of the 2900 block of Lawrenceburg Road at 5:50 p.m., according to the Hamilton County Sheriff's Office.

Davis' vehicle struck the end of a guardrail and a gate post. She was taken to the University of Cincinnati Medical Center.

Davis was using a seat belt at the time of the crash and alcohol is not believed to be a factor.

An autopsy is expected to the performed Wednesday to determine the cause of Davis' death, said Andrea Hatten, chief administrator for the coroner's office.

The crash remains under investigation by the Hamilton County Sheriff's Traffic Safety Unit.
