Decatur, AL : Athens man in critical condition following Thursday car accident on Thursday, November 24th 2016

An Athens man was in critical condition today following a one-vehicle accident Thursday morning, according to Alabama troopers.

Jason Conley, 33, was south of Athens on Sewell Road when his Chevrolet Corvette left the road and flipped over, troopers said.

Emergency responders were dispatched to the scene and removed Conley from the vehicle. Troopers said he was flown to Huntsville Hospital, where he remained in intensive care today.
