JOHNSTON, RI : A fatal hit and run crash on May, Monday 1st 2017

Police on Tuesday identified the victim of a fatal hit and run crash Monday night on Killingly Street.

Deborah Saritelli, 63, of Johnston, had left a Cumberland Farms and was crossing the street with her adult son while on her way home when she was hit in the road, according to police.

Police also released images of a dark colored, two-door sedan that they believe struck Saritelli. Police are planning to enhance the images.

The car fled Northbound toward Greenville Avenue, and is believed to have front-end damage, police said.
