BROCKTON, MA : 2 face life-threatening injuries in crash on North Quincy Street near the Abington-Brockton town line on Sunday, 22nd December, 2019

Two people were taken to area hospitals with life-threatening injuries after a car crashed into a pole on North Quincy Street on Sunday near the Abington-Brockton town line.

The single car crash happened just before 9 a.m. A man in the car was taken to Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital and a woman was taken to South Shore Hospital. Brockton, Abington and Holbrook firefighters along with state and local police responded to the crash.

Brockton Fire Capt. Dan Foye said the two people injured were in critical condition.
