TRINITY COUNTY, CA : Female driver suffers major injury during three-vehicle crash on Highway 299 on Friday, 16th June 2023

A female driver sustained major injuries after CHP responded to a report of a three-vehicle crash in the area of Highway 299 and Washington Street in Weaverville, CHP said.
CHP said a 2015 Honda CR-V was parked on a curb and pulled out in front of a 1999 Dodge Ram which was driving westbound on Highway 299.
The Dodge Ram impacted the Honda CR-V, which caused it to hit another parked car. The female driver of the Honda CR-V suffered a broken right arm, CHP said.
CHP said the westbound lane on Highway 299 was blocked for about 15 minutes due to the crash.
