Two young boys who were killed following a deadly car crash involving a police vehicle in LA have been revealed.
Luis Hernandez told the Los Angeles Times that the victims were his brothers, seven-year-old Jose Luis and nine-year-old Marcos.
The seven-year-old died at the scene Thursday, and the older boy died at a hospital, relatives told the paper.
