Isabella County, MI : 18-year-old student dies in hit and run crash in Union Township on Friday November 6 2015

An 18-year-old Central Michigan University student was struck and killed by an unknown vehicle early this morning in Union Township.
Michigan State Police say that at 12:06 a.m., troopers from the Mount Pleasant post responded to the hit and run fatal pedestrian traffic crash on Crawford Road between Billabrail Street and Concourse Street in Isabella County.
The preliminary investigation found that an unknown northbound vehicle struck and killed an 18-year-old Central Michigan University student as he walked northbound toward campus," police stated. "The Macomb man was pronounced dead at the scene. At the time of the crash, he was walking with friends who described the vehicle as a dark colored older four door. The vehicle should display damage to the front passenger side."
