Danville, AR : One killed another was injured in a motor vehicle accident at State Highway 10 On Monday, April 25th, 2016

A 31-year-old Yell County man lost his life and another man was injured after a motor vehicle accident Monday.

According to a fatal crash report from the Arkansas State Police (ASP), Raymond D. Williams Jr. of Havana was driving a 2001 Jeep east on State Highway 10 with a passenger, Nicole L. Duke, 31, of Danville.

The report indicated at approximately 1:15 a.m. Monday, the Jeep attempted to negotiate a curve, crossed the centerline, left the roadway and struck a tree. Williams was pronounced dead at the scene by Yell County Coroner Donna Wells. Duke

was transported to UAMS Hospital in Little Rock. Road conditions were dry and the weather was clear at the time of the accident.
