BOONE COUNTY, WV : Man dies after reported accidential drowning on Saturday, 29th June 2024

A West Virginia man died after he accidentally drowned on Saturday, according to WVSP.
Troopers said first responders responded to a reported drowning in the 2400 block of Peytona Costa Road in the Peytona area of Boone County on Saturday.
Investigators identified the victim as Timmy Hager, 64, of Peytona, West Virginia.
Troopers say Hager died in an apparent accidental drowning while fishing in the Big Coal River.
There are no signs of foul play, according to WVSP.
