Lennox, CA : Motorcyclist killed in 405 Freeway crash near LAX Tuesday night, November 4, 2014

A motorcyclist died in a collision with a vehicle on the transition road from the southbound 405 Freeway to the eastbound 105 Freeway in the unincorporated area of Lennox tonight. The California Highway Patrol was sent to the transition road at 8:34 p.m., said California Highway Patrol Officer Patrick Kimball. Los Angeles County Fire Department paramedics were sent to the scene, but left. No one other than the motorcyclist had injuries. The coroner’s office was requested, Kimball said.
