Ottawa County, MI : Grand Haven woman suffers minor injuries in Lincoln Street crash on Tuesday afternoon, January 31, 2017

A 20-year-old Grand Haven woman suffered minor injuries when her car slid off Lincoln Street near 144th Avenue in Grand Haven Township on Tuesday afternoon.

Emergency crews responded to the one-car crash at about 12:45 p.m.

Madasyn Schroeder was driving a 2005 Subaru Outback east on Lincoln when it went off the road into some slush. She lost control of her car, which then struck a mailbox and a small tree.

Schroeder was taken by ambulance to North Ottawa Community Hospital for evaluation, according to Sgt. Steve Austin of the Ottawa County Sheriff’s Department.

A passenger in the Subaru, Aaron Rahrig, 21, was not injured.
