One person had to be rescued after a single-vehicle crash in Santa Paula on Sunday night, according to the Ventura County Fire Department.
The crash occurred at 8:48 p.m. near the intersection of Foothill and North Briggs roads, authorities said. Personnel arrived on the scene to find a single vehicle flipped on its side, authorities said.
Authorities said they rescued the person trapped in the vehicle at 9:20 p.m. The two occupants were transported to a local hospital with moderate injuries, according to authorities.
Officials from the California Highway Patrol, Santa Paula Fire Department and Ventura County Fire Department responded to the crash.
