Milwaukee ,WI : Child seriously hurt in pedestrian crash on Thursday night,July 2nd 2015

A child was seriously hurt in a pedestrian crash Thursday night, and police are working to locate the vehicle involved in the incident.

Authorities with the Milwaukee Police Department said the crash happened just before 7 p.m. in the 2900 block of South 13th Street.

Investigators said the 11-year-old victim was hit by a late-1990s black Infinity traveling north that fled from the scene.
