Staten Island, N.Y : Pedestrian injured in crash in Eltingville Wednesday morning, January 4, 2017

A pedestrian suffered minor injuries in a crash in Eltingville during the Wednesday morning rush hour.

EMS was called to the scene at 6:27 a.m. for the accident at Richmond Avenue and Oakdale Street, according to a spokesman for the FDNY/EMS.

The injured person was transported to Staten Island University Medical Center in Ocean Breeze, according to the spokesman.
