Police said two Mainers and a Massachusetts off-duty police officer, were all injured in a crash on Interstate 95 in North Hampton, New Hampshire Sunday.
Police said it happened in the southbound lane just before 9:30 a.m.
Police said the driver of a black 2013 Mercedes-Benz, Michael Ricci, 18, of Burlington, Massachusetts was racing other cars in the northbound lane, when he abruptly drove over the restricted access crossover at mile marker 8.8.

Bamford and his passenger, 61-year-old Jaclyn Bamford, also of Wells, were both taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
