WACO, TX : Waco police searching for vehicle in hit-and-run, 1 dead, 2 injured on Sunday, 21st January 2024

The Waco Police Department have arrested a suspect involved in a fatal hit-and-run.

Police say 24-year-old Mario Rocha Jr. was arrested and charged with failure to stop and render aid in a crash involving death, a second-degree felony.

Early Sunday morning, on January 21, 2024 officers were called to N. 20th and Colcord at around 1:22 a.m.

When officers arrived to the scene they found one vehicle that had been hit with three people inside.
