Miami, FL : Highway now open after 18-wheeler crash on April, Monday 10th 2017

Roads are now clear after a tractor-trailer rolled over Monday afternoon, officials say.

The accident happened just blocks from the Northwest 74th Street northbound ramp of the Palmetto Expressway in Medley.

Surrounding roads were blocked and traffic was bumper-to-bumper.
