Chautauqua County ,NY : 38- years old Tammy M. Welch and her passenger injured after two-car collision on Saturday ,May 23rd 2015

A 38-year-old Cocoa, Fla., woman driver and her passenger were flown to Hammot Hospital for treatment of injuries suffered in a two-car collision Saturday on Gerry Ellington Road near Route 60 in Gerry, according to Chautauqua County sheriff’s deputies.

The Florida woman, Tammy M. Welch, was driving a car that collided with one driven by Nelson R. Barker, 17, of Gerry. Barker and his passengers were not injured.

After the collision, Welch’s car continued along Gerry Ellington Road until it went off the pavement and struck a house at 2899 Gerry Ellington Road causing extensive damage to the house, investigators said.
