A teen struck by a vehicle Saturday in West Chester Twp. has died.

Malysha Kihleng, 14, of Colerain Twp., ran into the street in the 8600 block of Butler Warren Road around 10 p.m. Saturday and was struck by a 2000 Honda Accord, according to West Chester Police Department.

She died Wednesday at University of Cincinnati Medical Center, according to Terry Daly, spokesman for the Hamilton County Coroner’s Office.

An investigation revealed that there was no fault on the part of the vehicle’s 17-year-old driver, who was not able to stop in time, according to West Chester police Lt. Barry Walker.

No charges will be filed against her, he said.
