A 71-year-old Kenosha man was ordered held Wednesday on $50,000 bail on charges he drove off after crashing into a teen bicyclist who later died at a Milwaukee hospital.
Johnny Lee Taylor, of Sheridan Road, faces up to 25 years behind bars if convicted of a single felony charge. He was arrested Tuesday night, hours after police found the gray van they said struck 18-year-old Teren Cagle of Racine
